To purchase wholesale you must operate one of the following that is appropriate for our products: a retail store, a business, a professional practice. You must provide us with your re-seller tax number issued by your state or province.
Ordering: A minimum first order of CAN$250.00 is required.

Terms of Payment: We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, Money Orders, Business Checks, Wire Transfers. C.O.D orders are subject to extra UPS C.O.D charge. Net terms available pending approved credit application.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Possession of catalogs, price lists or sales literature does not constitute an offer. Serenity 2000 reserves the right to reject any order and is not responsible for typographical errors in catalogs, price sheets or sales literature.
Shipping: We routinely ship packages by UPS ground delivery throughout the USA and Canada except for Hawaii and Alaska. All orders are shipped F.O.B Tonawanda NY for USA and international shipments and F.O.B Markham ON for Canadian shipments. Free shipping available only as part of special offer or pre-negotiated agreement.
30 Day End User Returns: Our retailers may accept the return of any Serenity 2000 product within 30 days from date of purchase for exchange or refund. Serenity 2000 will exchange or refund your cost of the product. Conditions: Call our order desk for an RA number, return product to us together with a copy of the sales and refund receipt indicating date of sale & refund.
Product Warranty: All Serenity 2000 products are guaranteed for 6 months from date of sale to be free from materials defect or workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as wearing of gold plating, scratches, dulling, fading or obvious abuse. Conditions; Call our order desk for RA number. Product must be returned to us, freight prepaid, together with copy of sales receipt indicating end user’s date of purchase. Reason for return must be included. Upon complete inspection Serenity 2000 will determine if a repair, replacement, credit or refund is due. No other implied or expressed warranties, including the fitness of the product for certain medical conditions, will be honored.
Guaranteed Sale Policy: Within 90 days from date of purchase, Serenity 2000 accepts the return of any unused product, in its original packaging. You may choose your option of a full refund, or merchandise credit. No re-stocking fee. Product(s) returned for refund must be accompanied by copy of invoice covering the returned items.
Returns After 90 Days: Merchandise credit only, subject to 15% re-stocking fee (unless returned due to defect or error on our part). Credit will be issued on currently marketable items only. Return of close out items, “blems”, “as is” items will not be accepted.
Free Exchange: Serenity 2000 will always exchange any unused currently marketable product for a different size, color or style.
